Not worth the headache
At first the game was great, Id have to recover from random attacks that showed the balance was way off, but my guild held a capital. Within 3 weeks of starting they merged servers and brought this arrogant, cowardly, and dishonorable Chinese team into the mix, instantly they somehow had every capital, at first several guilds were able to take a couple capitals but within a few days they owned all of them. Yes its a war game but when you cant progress because someone 10-20X your power hits you once and almost zeroes your troops it reveals how unbalanced a game it really is. Rage of Bahamut at least prevented too strong of players from hitting lower level ones.
Then there is the issue with the devs, they act like they care but when you report anything they flat out ignore it. Even so far as allowing harassment. When a player singles another player out, constantly attacking their every move out of spite, that is a form of harassment. And yes I tried talking to this player and all that revealed was I was being attacked because of a guild I had been in. He even stated he was going to harass me non stop. Reporting this to the Devs I was told to block his mails and that was all they would do.
Harassment is illegal in many countries, and yes harassers will abuse a game to harass others. When the makers of a game refuse to do something against it they are then just as guilty for allowing it.
The game is flat out unbalanced, pay to play bias doesnt matter because once you get high enough level youll get trapped on a server where one guild dominates everything. While it sounds cool owning everything, think about a game where there is no challenge, no one can beat you, theres no real motive for progression especially because those that would try cant get strong enough to challenge you because the games balance prevents it. So they arent motivated to get stronger. The game just grows stagnant and people quit.
Before the server merge it was a very different game and was very fun, but now its not worth the headache.
